Dr. Megan Appleby is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with memberships in both the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians (GAFP). She earned her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine in 2018 and completed her residency at Northside Gwinnett, where she was honored to serve as chief resident.

Passionate about continuity of care, Dr. Appleby focuses on treating her patients comprehensively, addressing their physical, emotional, and social well-being. She has a special interest in women’s health, musculoskeletal injuries, and managing patients with complex, multiple health conditions. Before pursuing her medical career, Dr. Appleby served as a laboratory technician in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, with deployments that took her to various locations both in the U.S. and abroad, including service with the United Nations.
